RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Norman’s Hallmark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Most item(s) purchased on normanshallmark.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us directly via our Customer Service email address (email) to notify us of your desire to return an item you have purchased on our website.   Please provide your name and order # in your email.  This is the quickest way to receive a refund, credit or exchange.  Once we receive your request, we will respond and provide a return label.  Once we receive your return, you will receive credit on your item.  You may also mail your return to the address found on your packing slip.  Just include a copy of your order confirmation in the box.  Norman's Hallmark stores are unable to process website order returns.

Items purchased directly at one of our retail locations may only be returned at a store location. 

Refunds  

All refunds accompanied by original receipt or an order confirmation and returned within 30 days of purchase, will be credited to your original form of payment.  

Items returned by mail will receive credit within 14 business days after we receive and process your return.  This will show on your next statement depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. 

We are unable to accept returns on merchandise damaged by the customer.

 Items  not eligible for returns or exchange

Sale & Clearance Items.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on Hallmark Keepsake ornaments after December 24.
