Our Company Return Policy

Return Policy

Norman’s Hallmark values each and every customer. We gladly accept returns based on the policies as follows:

  • Merchandise accompanied by an original Norman’s sales receipt may be returned for exchange, credit or refund within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in like-new, saleable condition with tags/UPC barcode attached. We require customer information and signature on all returns. Manager approval is required for all returns.
  • If your purchase was made by credit card, we must process your refund on that specific credit card.
  • If your purchase was made by check, a refund check will be issued from our corporate office and may take up to two weeks before you receive in the mail.
  • Sale and Clearance merchandise are Final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Returns After 14 Days

  • If after 14 days and up to 30 days from date of purchase, store credit will be issued for returns accompanied by an original Norman’s receipt.

 

Returns Without Receipt

  • Returns without an original Norman’s sales receipt are eligible only for store credit at the item's current selling price, requires valid photo ID to receive and redeem store credit.

 

Crown Rewards Policy

  • Crown Rewards points will be deducted at the time of all returns and exchanges.

 

Punch Card Policy

  • Exchanges or returns that earned stamps on Norman’s Ornament stamp card will require the stamp to be invalidated.

 

Sale Policy

  • Non-seasonal merchandise purchased at full price and put on sale within 7 days may be refunded at full price with an original Norman’s sales receipt. This one time courtesy refund requires both product and receipt be present at time of refund.

 

We carefully monitor returns and in some cases returns made with or without a receipt may be refused. Norman’s Hallmark reserves the right to deny any return.
